Launching the New Year with AI: Qihe Biotech Holds“First Lesson of the Year" AI Training Program

As spring marks a new beginning and intelligence drives the future, on February 27–28, Qihe Bio organized its “First Lesson of the Year” — AI Thematic Training Program. More than one hundred employees participated in the training, stepping into the AI classroom to enhance their knowledge and skills, empowering themselves through learning and innovation to lay a solid foundation for high-quality development in the year ahead.

The training featured Cui Xuexiang, a Microsoft-certified AI trainer and specially appointed AI lecturer of Huawei Cloud, as the keynote instructor. Liu Ziqiang, Secretary-General of the Edible Fungi Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce, and Li Linchun, a senior expert in brand building and marketing, also joined the program and shared their insights, bringing participants a professional, practical, and forward-looking AI learning experience. Focusing closely on the practical needs of enterprise development, Mr. Cui delivered a comprehensive session centered on “AI Empowering the Upgrade of the Entire Enterprise Value Chain.”

The training covered key areas including production efficiency improvement and cost reduction, new media communication, product development, sales conversion, and human resource management. The course systematically explained strategies for applying artificial intelligence in brand communication and traffic management, while also providing in-depth analysis of AI’s practical applications in product development data analysis, customer demand insights, organizational efficiency improvement, and refined production management. Through these discussions, participants were guided to establish an integrated framework combining “AI thinking with business scenarios.” In the field of new media communication, the training focused on improving content creation efficiency and achieving precise user targeting, helping enterprises build a stronger digital communication matrix. In R&D and sales, the course emphasized data-driven decision-making and customer profiling to promote more scientific product innovation and market expansion. In human resource management, participants explored AI applications in talent selection, performance evaluation, and organizational capability improvement. In production management, intelligent tools were introduced to optimize workflows, enabling cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and lean management.

Secretary-General Liu Ziqiang further expanded the discussion by sharing insights from an industry-wide perspective. Drawing on his experience in industry governance and market development, he elaborated on the importance of artificial intelligence in supporting the global development of the edible mushroom industry, upgrading industrial chain collaboration, and enhancing brand value, broadening participants’ strategic vision. Su Jianchang, General Manager of Qihe Bio, attended the training throughout and took the lead in learning alongside employees. He noted that AI technology has become a core driving force for high-quality industrial development. This “First Lesson of the Year” focusing on AI training is not only a concrete step in implementing the company’s Sixth Five-Year Plan, which prioritizes technology-driven innovation, but also an important initiative to enhance employees’ digital capabilities and strengthen the company’s development foundation. He encouraged all participants to study diligently and apply what they have learned in their daily work, transforming knowledge into practical capabilities.

The “First Lesson of the Year” was not only an opportunity for knowledge renewal, but also a moment for mindset transformation. Participants expressed that the training broadened their perspectives, strengthened their confidence, and deepened their understanding of the integration between artificial intelligence and the real economy. They plan to apply what they learned in their daily work, actively exploring ways to combine AI with their job responsibilities to improve production efficiency, optimize costs, expand markets, and upgrade brand value—injecting new momentum into the company’s development. The year 2026 marks a critical stage for Qihe Bio in advancing its Sixth Five-Year Plan. The company is accelerating the implementation of its dual circulation strategy, strengthening both domestic and international markets while building a one-stop solution for a full range of mushroom products. By continuously enhancing industrial chain collaboration and brand influence, Qihe Bio aims to achieve sustainable and high-quality growth.
